More than 30 custom modules we designed and built for the Spark Eye Concept Store B2B eyewear wholesaler
E-commerce designed for the optical industry
Sparkeye.pl is a B2C and B2B platform for an eyewear brand, integrated with Subiekt. Retail customers buy online and pick up their glasses at a store of their choice, while optical stores order through the b2b.e-glasses.pl wholesale platform. There, every business account sees its own price next to the retail price, its trade credit limit, and its account manager. Orders can be uploaded from an Excel file or from a list the sales rep prepared during a meeting, and when showing frames to a customer in the store, the optician can hide wholesale prices with one click.
Special features built for the optical industry
Advanced frame filtering
Customers can quickly narrow down the eyewear selection by parameters such as brand, purpose, collection, and other product features. That makes it easier to find frames that meet specific requirements and preferences.
Prescription details
Customers can enter the details from their prescription when placing an order. That way, the selected optical store gets the information it needs and can prepare the right lenses before pickup. The store also lets customers save prescriptions and eye exam history in their account.
Custom B2B terms
Logged-in business customers get access to B2B features tailored to their trade terms. The store can display custom prices and terms assigned to a specific optical store or partner.
Sales rep quote panel
A sales rep can work with an optical store to put together a preliminary quote based on a list of selected products. That list acts as a working quote, which can later be turned into an order once approved.
In-store pickup
The Click & Collect feature lets customers choose the optical store where they want to pick up their order. They can find the store in a list or directly on the map, then set it as the fulfillment location.
Try on in store
Customers can order selected frames to try on at an optical store before deciding to buy. The system lets them send several models to the chosen store, so they can compare them in person.
Detailed frame measurements
The product page shows the frame's exact dimensions, such as lens width, bridge width, temple length, and overall frame width. That makes it easier for customers to judge whether a model will fit them well.
Customer account and purchase history
After signing up, customers get access to their order history, saved prescriptions, favorite products, and assigned optical store. The account also unlocks additional features available to registered users.
Advanced promotions system
The store has a flexible promotions system that includes custom pricing for customer groups, catalog promotions, discount coupons, and volume discounts. That makes it possible to tailor trade terms precisely to different types of accounts and sales scenarios.
